Week 12 in the NFL had plenty of heart-stopping moments, and now it's time to salute the statistical standouts who made them happen. Featured this week are a Super Bowl-winning quarterback, his top receiving target and a running back who has become a regular on this list.

Russell Wilson, quarterback, Seattle Seahawks

The Seahawks got into a shootout with the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 12, and Wilson emerged as the victorious gunslinger. He shredded the Steelers' defense for 345 yards and five touchdown passes, completing 21 of his 30 attempts (70 percent) in a 39-30 win. Wilson did his finest work in the fourth quarter, when he threw three touchdown passes to help close out the game. He did not turn the ball over once as the Seahawks moved above .500 for the first time this season.

Doug Baldwin, wide receiver, Seahawks

Baldwin was Wilson's top target in Week 12, with a team-leading six catches. Half of them went for touchdowns, including an 80-yard score that effectively sealed victory for the Seahawks just before the two-minute warning. Baldwin finished the game with 145 receiving yards, a new season high and his second 100-yard outing in the last three weeks.

Adrian Peterson, running back, Minnesota Vikings

Peterson is no stranger to this series, as he's been filling up the box score on a weekly basis this season. Week 12 was no different, as he recorded his sixth 100-yard outing of the year and his fourth in the past five weeks. He ran all over the Atlanta Falcons in a 20-10 win, finishing the day with 158 yards and two touchdowns on 29 carries. He also had two catches for 29 yards, and his 35-yard scoring sprint in the fourth quarter put the game on ice.
