Romo takes part in London walk-through, hopeful he can play Sunday

Tony Romo's back reportedly emerged from the Cowboys' nine-hour flight to London well enough for the QB to take part in a light walk-through and play catch with English school kids on Tuesday.
Whether it allows him to play on Sunday is another question. But Romo likes what he sees — and feels — so far.
Dallas is in London to face the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday. Romo, who re-injured his back when he was sacked in Week 8's Monday night loss to Washington and missed last week's loss to Arizona, traveled with the team (with help from owner Jerry Jones' wife), which is hopeful he will be able to play at Wembley Stadium.
According to ESPN, Romo reported no issues with his back after the "mild" walk-through and the NFL Play 60 event with the kids.
"It's progressing," Romo told ESPN of his back. "Each day it gets a little bit of improvement, and I think that you just keep trying to figure out what you're able to do each day and then you go on to the next day. We'll figure out if we're able to improve enough to be ready to go."
The Dallas Morning News also reported Romo's participation in the walk-through and Play 60 event, but said his discomfort was noticeable:
According to ESPN, Romo has not practiced on a Wednesday since Week 2, so a failure to take part in this Wednesday's practice may not be any sort of indicator of his readiness for the 6-3 Cowboys come Sunday.
"If you couldn't go in the walk-through, you'd probably struggle getting ready for practice," Romo told ESPN. "But it was good."
As for the flight, which Romo traveled in first class after Jones reportedly forced his wife to give her prime seat to his star, Romo told ESPN:
"The flight was fine. I slept. It went by quick and that part of it was no problem."
One thing that could be a problem? The Jaguars pass rush. Jacksonville may be just 1-8 on the season, but it's tied for third in the NFL with 27 sacks.
