If Peyton Manning decides he wants to continue his career beyond this season, at least one team reportedly will have interest in him.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that the Los Angeles Rams have had talks about signing the future Hall of Famer if Manning decides to play again next season.

Manning has not said whether he plans to retire after the Super Bowl. The 39-year-old is under contract with the Denver Broncos for next season, but many do not expect him to return to the team.

Manning was criticized for having a poor season as he threw just nine touchdowns and 17 interceptions. Still, the Rams struggled at the quarterback spot, alternating between Case Keenum and Nick Foles. Neither is a great option, which makes the team’s interest in Manning understandable.

Though Manning’s plans for the future are unclear, he did hint in this video that he might retire after the Super Bowl.
