Report: Minnesota Vikings MLB job could be Eric Kendrick's to lose

The Minnesota Vikings may have found a starting middle linebacker with their second-round pick in the 2015 NFL draft. With that pick, the Vikings took UCLA product Eric Kendricks, who has scarfed up first-team reps at the position during OTA workouts.

Now, Matt Vensel of the Star-Tribune reports that Kendricks has "settled in" and the middle linebacker job is likely "his to lose" this summer.

Kendricks was considered one of the best inside linebackers in this year's draft class. His older brother, Mychal Kendricks, has already developed into a fine 'backer with the Philadelphia Eagles.

Pair him with 2014 first-round pick Anthony Barr and Kendricks could help the Vikings field one of the league's most devastating young linebacker duos.
