Report: Jason Pierre-Paul won't sign tender with Giants until he can pass physical
Although Jason Pierre-Paul has finally broken his silence, and communicated with New York Giants general manager Jerry Reese, you shouldn't expect to see him back in Giants' training camp any time soon. According to a source, ESPN's Ed Werder is reporting that Pierre-Paul will remain away from the team until he is healthy enough to pass a physical.
Source says despite convo with @Giants GM Jerry Reese that nothing has changed with JPP. Won't sign tender/report until can pass physical

Pierre-Paul was extended the franchise tender by the Giants in the offseason. In his absence, the Giants' young stable of defensive ends will continue to get extended work. Third-year defensive end Damontre Moore has stood out and drawn praise from both Reese and head coach Tom Coughlin thus far. Moore was originally expected to compete for most of his playing time at left defensive end, but Pierre-Paul's injury has caused the defensive line to shuffle around since.
