Michael Sam may have a new home before the NFL season kicks off.

After being cut by the St. Louis Rams on Saturday and passing through waivers, Sam, who was the first openly gay player ever drafted in the NFL, is trying to be the first to be on an NFL roster.

According to a report, the Dallas Cowboys has brought in Sam for a physical, and if he passes, and will sign him to their practice squad as early as Wednesday.
