Patriots sign LB Snyder for AFC title game

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. (AP) The New England Patriots have signed linebacker Kevin Snyder.
The move was made one day before the AFC championship game against the Denver Broncos.
The 23-year-old rookie free agent from Rutgers began the year on the Lions' injured reserve list. He was also on the San Francisco 49ers' practice squad before joining the practice squad in New England on Dec. 16.
