Packers sign WR Charles Dillon

The Green Bay Packers have signed wide receiver Charles Dillon, a first-year player who spent time in Indianapolis' training camp in 2008.

Dillon, a wide receiver and kick returner at Washington State, spent last season with the Spokane Shock of the af2 arena league.
