MMQB names Bill Belichick 4th Most Influential for 2015

New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick is fresh off leading the Pats to their fourth Super Bowl in franchise history. It is no coincidence, that all four of their Super Bowls have come during Belichick's reign in New England.
With that in mind, the MMQB has made a list compiling the 100 most influential people in the NFL and it named Belichick as the fourth most influential person on the list.
Belichick has been able to keep the ship steady in New England as they have never recorded a losing record since he has been the coach in New England. He has also managed the roster turnover that is inevitable in today's salary-capped NFL masterfully. No matter what obstacle appears in the Patriots' way, Belichick seems to push all the right buttons.
While his on-the-field influence is well known, so too is his ability to affect the NFL off-the-field. He has been able to push the league to adopt several changes to the game, including this past offseason when he suggested making the extra point a more challenging play.
As the 2015 season nears, it will be interesting to see how Belichick leads the Patriots as they could be without quarterback Tom Brady for several football games because of his alleged involvement in deflategate. They also enter their first season without defensive tackle Vince Wilfork and their secondary has completely changed since the end of last season.
