Case in point? Take Detroit defensive end Ziggy Ansah.

WXYZ in Detroit reports that the Lions' first-round pick last year plans to do a good deed for a homeless musician who lost his instrument in a mugging last month.

Unfortunately, WXYZ reports that High was jumped by a group of men, and he lost his glasses and his trombone in the incident.

"I love music, but I can't play any instruments," Ansah told the station. "When I heard the story, it was just like a no-brainer."

"Oh, that's so good," High said with kind laughter. "That makes me smile."
