Kelvin Benjamin likely to miss next week's OTAs

The upcoming stretch of organized team activities for the Carolina Panthers are likely to begin next week without one well-known player participating. According to Jonathan Jones of the Charlotte Observer, Kelvin Benjamin is likely to sit out of next week's OTAs.

"Second-year receiver Kelvin Benjamin strained his hamstring last week, a team spokesman confirmed. As a precaution, he likely won’t participate in next week’s activities, though he has been with the team on the field and in the locker room recently." said Jones.

To put it simply, the words "as a precaution" probably make this a whole lot easier to read if you're a Panthers fan.
