Jon Kitna isn't starting for Dallas against Philadelphia because of a side injury.
Stephen McGee will make his first career start filling in for Kitna, who replaced the injured Tony Romo. Kitna hurt the oblique in a 27-26 loss at Arizona on Christmas Day. He will be the backup.
McGee played the entire second half against the Cardinals, and took Dallas from 11 points down to leading by two in the final minutes.
