Jamaal Charles is a full participant for Chiefs
The Kansas City Chiefs are finally getting Jamaal Charles back at full speed, a year after tearing his ACL against the Chicago Bears.
After seeing him miss the first thee games and barely play in the fourth, the Kansas City Chiefs are finally taking the shackles off Jamaal Charles. According to Andy Reid during his Wednesday press conference, Charles will be a full participant this week in practice and will be playing on Sunday against the Oakland Raiders.
Charles is going to be a huge addition to this team, considering how much Reid loves to run screen passes. All snark aside, Charles gives Kansas City a different dynamic out of the backfield with both his elite speed and vision.
It’s also worth noting that Charles has absolutely torched the Raiders throughout his career. Back in 2013, Charles had that incredible contest in the Oakland Coliseum where he scored five touchdowns in a win.
Jamaal Charles says he hasn't lost his speed, is ready to take the training wheels off, and you can call him 110% if you want. #Chiefs

At this point, we don’t know what Charles is going to be when he first comes back. Does Reid give him 20 touches right out of the gate or do the Chiefs limit him and continue to give Spencer Ware a heavier burden?
Either way, it’s great to have you back, Jamaal!
