Jaguars sign long-snapper Jake Ingram

The Jacksonville Jaguars have signed long-snapper Jake Ingram before their preseason game against the Buffalo Bills.

Ingram was scheduled to arrive in Buffalo in time for the game Saturday, but it's unclear if he would play.

Ingram has two seasons of NFL experience after splitting last year with the New Orleans Saints and New England Patriots. He played only one game with the Saints before being waived in November. He broke into the NFL with the Patriots in 2009.

Ingram had been signed by Tennessee in January before being released by the team on Aug. 18.
