Jaguars in Danger of Worst Losing Streak Under Bradley

Published Jun. 30, 2017 6:28 p.m. ET

The Jacksonville Jaguars look to avoid an eight game losing streak as week twelve approaches.

4-12, 3-13, and 5-11. The Jaguars haven’t had a winning record in the Gus Bradley era. While there have been some tough times the Jags seemed able to find wins here and there.

However this season the Jags have had a tough go of it. Currently at the bottom of the AFC South at 2-10 the Jaguars need to win in order to end this seven game losing streak.

The Vikings have a dominate defense led by Xavier Rhodes, Anthony Barr, Harrison Smith and head coach Mike Zimmer. Blake Bortles, Allen Robinson, T.J. Yeldon and company will need to show the ability to compete against another high level defense if the Jags want to avoid tying the worst losing streak under Bradley.

This is a bit of a disappointment considering the amount of money spent this past off-season.

Even during Mike Malarkey’s one year as a head coach he was able to avoid an eight game losing streak. And he had a less talented roster.

If the Jaguars do indeed fail to end this streak against the Vikings then it could put them in an interesting position going into week thirteen.

The Jags play the Texans again in two weeks. This could put the Jags in danger of going on the worst losing streak in the Bradley era. The Jags need to find a way to win this weekend in order to stop that from happening.

This season has been a rough at times. Hopefully the Jaguars can find a way to scrap out a few win to end the season. Ending this losing streak sooner than later.
