Another standout effort has earned Houston Texans defensive end J.J. Watt AFC Defensive Player of Week honors once again.
Watt was recognized for the fifth time in his career after his performance in Houston's 24-17 win over of the New York Jets on Sunday.
The five-year veteran recorded a team-high eight solo tackles, 2.0 sacks and five hits on Jets quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick.

The 26-year-old Watt last won the award after Week 11 of the 2014 season.
He'll attempt to add on to the accolades when the Texans host the New Orleans Saints this week.
