Former defensive lineman Nolan Harrison, who once played for the Raiders, believes Los Angeles will regain an NFL franchise.

Harrison said Friday that league officials won't want to pass up an opportunity to have a team in Los Angeles because it could generate huge revenues.

Harrison, who also spent time with the Steelers and Redskins, spoke to hundreds of Los Angeles County workers at an annual breakfast honoring the legacy of Martin Luther King Jr.

He called upon the crowd to support the players' efforts to receive better benefits. The league's collective bargaining agreement expires in seven weeks and no formal bargaining meetings have been scheduled.
