Eagles' Huff: Giants CB Rodgers-Cromartie takes plays off

Published Oct. 15, 2015 5:53 p.m. ET

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Josh Huff is looking forward to matching up against New York Giatns corner Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie in Week 6.

"If he is locked in once he gets going, once the game starts, he is pretty much one of the better corners in the league," Huff said to reporters per True Jersey. "But he takes some plays off, and when he takes some of those plays off, I'm going to try to bring it to him and let him know it's going to be a long day for him."

If Rodgers-Cromartie is taking off plays, he must be dominating on every play that he has not taken off. He has allowed just 96 yards and zero touchdowns in primary coverage this season, per Pro Football Focus. Opposing quarterbacks have only targeted him 13 times.
