Duke Ihenacho to his teammates: Get to work

Washington Redskins' safety Duke Ihenacho has spent the last couple of weeks watching other NFL teams play playoff football, and he doesn't like that.
Ihenacho sent out a few tweets informing his teammates that they too shouldn't like this situation, and they need to get to work to make sure it doesn't happen in the future.
Just think about it...see y'all in April though #httr

The Redskins were eliminated in the NFC Wildcard by the Green Bay Packers.
It's a good sign that a guy like Ihenacho is trying to get his team fired up and ready for next season. Ihenacho started just one game this season for the Redskins, and recorded one tackle.
The Redskins may have had a surprise NFC East Divisional title, but there is still a lot of work to be done before they can be considered a serious playoff threat for the 2016 season.
