Donovan's 32: McNabb's Week 3 rankings and thoughts for every NFL team (VIDEO)
1. SEATTLE: Still hot. Impressive win over Denver.
2. DENVER: Too many mistakes early vs. Seattle, but the bye will do them well.
3. PHILADELPHIA: Worried about the Eagles' lack of defense early in games.
4. CINCINNATI: They're a much better and complete team than was expected.
5. CAROLINA: Defense is still strong, but offensively they have too many backfield injuries.
6. NEW ENGLAND: Lackluster performance vs. Oakland.
7. BALTIMORE: Offensive coordinator Gary Kubiak's running style is coming together.
8. ARIZONA: Drew. Emeric. Stanton!
9. SAN FRANCISCO: Too many penalties are dooming this team.
10. ATLANTA: Forget the 56 points on Thursday, they're playing much better on defense.
11. INDIANAPOLIS: Although it was only Jacksonville, their offense might be coming alive.
12. SAN DIEGO: West coast to east coast? No problem. San Diego played strong without their top two running backs.
13. CLEVELAND: I'm starting to buy in on Brian Hoyer. He's playing with confidence.
14. CHICAGO: The Bears are buying into Mel Tucker's defensive scheme.
15. BUFFALO: Had a hiccup vs. San Diego, but the defensive front four is still strong.
16. GREEN BAY: Too many questions on both sides of the ball.
17. NEW ORLEANS: Played well at home against Minnesota, but they still have long-term questions.
18. PITTSBURGH: A lot of injuries on defense, but they still have Big Ben.
19. HOUSTON: Still up in the air how good this team is with Ryan Fitzpatrick at QB.
20. MIAMI: Is this Ryan Tannehill's team?
21. NEW YORK JETS: Geno Smith is improving every week.
22. DETROIT: Too many turnovers and Stephen Tulloch's loss hurts.
23. WASHINGTON: Kirk Cousins is a monster but losing DeAngelo Hall is a blow to defensive leadership and pass coverage.
24. DALLAS: Much better defensively than people think under Rod Marinelli. Let's see them vs. a top tier quarterback this week.
25. MINNESOTA: Teddy Bridgewater time!
26. ST. LOUIS: Quite impressed with Austin Davis' performance vs. Dallas.
27 TENNESSEE: Questions surround Jake Locker's injury (and performance).
28. KANSAS CITY: Without Jamaal Charles, the running game stood strong vs. Miami.
29. NEW YORK: Got their first win over a questionable Houston team, but what does it mean?
30. OAKLAND: Played tough defensively vs. New England and I like Derek Carr's effort
31. JACKSONVILLE: Blake Bortles era begins, but they may be too youthful right now.
32. TAMPA BAY: The only positive I can say is ... excellent uniforms.
