Detroit's Ansah injures ankle

Published Oct. 27, 2013 8:39 p.m. ET

Detroit defensive end Ziggy Ansah has left Sunday's game against Dallas with an ankle injury. His return is questionable.

Ansah was having his left leg looked at on the sideline during the first half. The Lions took him in the first round of this year's draft with the fifth overall pick.

Dallas guard Brian Waters left the game with a triceps injury, and cornerback Morris Claiborne went down with a hamstring problem.

Lions wide receiver Ryan Broyles left with an Achilles tendon injury, and cornerback Bill Bentley was sidelined with a knee injury.
