Colts TE Clark inactive vs. Titans

Colts tight end Dallas Clark is out for Sunday's game against the Tennessee Titans with a neck injury.

Clark missed four games after injuring his lower left leg, then played last week against Baltimore. Jacob Tamme will start in his place.

Colts linebacker Philip Wheeler is out with a foot injury and Ernie Sims will replace him. Dan Orlovsky will start at quarterback for Indianapolis in place of the injured Peyton Manning.

Other inactive Colts include linebacker A.J. Edds (ankle) and defensive end Jamaal Anderson (groin).

Titans running back Javon Ringer (hand) will be out. Other inactive Titans include Gerald McGrath (knee/ankle) and defensive end William Hayes (groin).
