Add Jeff Demps to the list of players looking for work in the wake of the NFL draft.

One Monday, the Colts released the 25-year-old running back, according to the team's official website. Demps was signed to a reserve/future contract in January.

He was one of four players released by team, along with offensive tackle Matt Hall, defensive end Gannon Conway and wide receiver Kadron Boone.

Demps, who played at the University of Florida, has yet to translate his world-class speed into NFL success. He was a member of the U.S. 4×100 track and field relay squad that won a silver medal at the 2012 London Olympics.

Demps has also spent time with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and New England Patriots.
