The Kansas City Chiefs aren't supposed to be in the Wild Card race right now.
They were once a 1-5 team. And every 1-5 team since the NFL-AFC merger has missed postseason play -- except for one.
That team? The 1970 Cincinnati Bengals, who went 1-6. They won their final seven games in a 14-game slate to finish 8-6.

The Chiefs could soon join them. They currently sit at .500 and don't face a foe with a winning record for the rest of 2015.
