Chiefs end touchdown drought -- thanks to a Jay Cutler fumble

Published Oct. 11, 2015 3:19 p.m. ET

The Chiefs put points on the board without the use of kicker Cairo Santos' right leg.

They just needed Bears quarterback Jay Cutler to try and use his right arm. When he did, K.C.'s defense swarmed him in the end zone.

Nose tackle Jaye Howard swatted Cutler's ball free. Linebacker Ramik Wilson was first to jump on the fumble for their first points of Week 5.

Cantos was responsible for all 21 of the team's points  (7 FG) just last week. Its refreshing to see a Chiefs touchdown, no matter its origin.

Andy Reid's offense wasn't too far behind, though. The Chiefs added a touchdown pass on a bubble screen to De'Anthony Thomas on the ensuing drive.
