Charles Woodson welcomes change after losing Raiders seasons

He's won a Super Bowl. He's won AP Defensive Player of the Year. He's won a Heisman Trophy, for crying out loud.
No one is stung by the Raiders' losing record more than Charles Woodson. He's willing to try anything to play on a winner again.
“My take is that, the last couple of years that I’ve been here, it’s been three wins and four wins," Woodson told the team's official website. "Whatever different that comes in and feels good, you welcome it."
One of those welcome changes? A new Raiders coaching staff spearheaded by some sharp defensive minds.
Established veterans often get stuck in their own ways. That's not the case with Woodson, who's been reenergized by head coach Jack Del Rio and Co. this spring.
"We feel good about not only him, but all of the guys that they’ve brought in. They all have that fire. It’s been fun.”
