Chargers sign a massive OL from a school you've never heard before
You might not have heard of Forrestal Hickman before. But come Chargers training camp this summer, it'll be hard to miss the latest San Diego signee.
Hickman is listed at 6-foot-7 and 320 pounds, making him Orlando Franklin-sized. It also might make him the largest person in his graduating class at Missouri University of Science and Technology, which boasts 6,500 undergraduates.
The small-school product is lucky his new team wants big bodies. Between Franklin, left tackle King Dunlap, and right tackle DJ Fluker, the Chargers should boast one of the biggest lines in pro ball.
Hickman fits the physical description. We'll see if he'll be able to convert that size into an NFL playing career or if the game is just too big and fast for the D-II blocker.
