Browns' Brown suffers head injury

Cleveland Browns linebacker Titus Brown has left the game against Miami in the first quarter with a head injury.

The team said the backup linebacker would not return. Cleveland was already without linebacker Scott Fujita, who was inactive because of a knee injury.
