Bills' Watkins says he's 'definitely' playing against Jets

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (AP) Buffalo Bills receiver Sammy Watkins says his surgically repaired left foot feels fine and he is ''definitely'' playing against the New York Jets on Thursday.

Watkins spoke after attending the Bills' walk-through practice on Monday, and after concerns were raised he experienced a setback during a 13-7 season-opening loss at Baltimore.

Watkins says the foot checked out fine during tests taken immediately after the game on Sunday. He chose to have tests for precautionary reasons because he said his foot felt ''tired'' after Watkins experienced his most playing time since April, when doctors inserted two screws to repair a stress fracture.

Coach Rex Ryan was not definitive when asked earlier in the day whether Watkins could play Thursday.

Starting left tackle Cordy Glenn's status is uncertain after he hurt the same left ankle that forced him to miss three weeks of training camp.
