Buffalo Bills defensive tackle Kyle Williams sat out practice because of an ankle injury for the second straight day Thursday.

''It is not the same foot that I had surgery on last season,'' said Williams, expected to play Sunday against the Arizona Cardinals. ''That foot feels wonderful.''

Guard Chad Rinehart returned to practice Thursday. He injured a calf Sunday in the Bills' 45-3 loss to the San Francisco.
