Bengals' Adam Jones exits early with groin injury

Bengals cornerback Adam Jones entered Sunday's game against the Chiefs with an injured elbow and he left it with a groin injury,

Jones, who suffered an elbow injury last week in Baltimore, was sidelined early in the third quarter with the groin issue and was replaced by Darqueze Dennard, Dennard promptly yielded a 33-yard reception to Chiefs receiver Jeremy Maclin despite having good coverage, but was just beaten by a perfect throw by Alex Smith.

The Bengals defeated Kansas City 36-21 to advance to 4-0 on the season. They will host the Seattle Seahawks next Sunday.
