Bears rule out Williams, Wright

The Chicago Bears have ruled out left tackle Chris Williams and safety Major Wright for the second straight game because of hamstring injuries.

The Bears visit the New York Giants on Sunday. Both players were hurt in Chicago's win against Dallas two weeks ago.
