BUFFALO BILLS (23)

Chris Berman (ESPN, 25) - We'll try circling a different wagon.

Clifton Brown (Sporting News, 24) - They need a new coach and a new quarterback - rarely a good thing.

Cris Collinsworth (NBC Sports, 23)

Rich Gannon (CBS Sports/SiriusXM NFL Radio, 25) - One of the most disappointing teams this season and not surprised to see the change.

Bob Glauber (Newsday, 23) - Chan Gailey is out after three seasons, and another coach search is on. Quarterback search, too.

Rick Gosselin (Dallas Morning News, 28) - The Bills missed out on the playoffs for the 13th consecutive season and it cost coach Chan Gailey his job.

Clark Judge (CBSSports.com, 23) - What comes first: Buffalo in the playoffs or a balanced budget?

Ira Kaufman (Tampa Tribune, 23) - All that dough for Ryan Fitzpatrick and not much to show for it.

Pat Kirwan (SiriusXM NFL Radio/CBSSports.com, 23) - The Bills aren't leaving the bottom of the league until they get a dynamic QB. You can win with Fitzpatrick but you can't win 11 games with him. There are a number of good players on this team but where do you find that QB? Probably the draft if they take the right guy. Three teams in the playoffs with rookie quarterbacks this year.

John Lynch (Fox Sports, 23) - The Bills have a defensive foundation in place for whoever their new coach will be. QB will be the first big decision for the new man in charge as QB Ryan Fitzpatrick's play didn't cut it in 2012.

Alex Marvez (Foxsports.com, 24) - The Bills will be hiring their sixth different head coach in 14 seasons after the firing of Chan Gailey.

Dan Pompei (Chicago Tribune, 24) - They have had one winning season in their last 13, and everything wasn't Chan Gailey's fault.
