Andre Ellington suffers knee injury, carted off field

The Cardinals running back depth could be tested heading into Week 2.
Andre Ellington was carted off the field after suffering a right knee injury. The team later announced he was questionable, but Ellington did not return to the game.
Chris Johnson replaced Ellington in the backfield and recorded 37 rushing yards, while rookie David Johnson nabbed a 55-yard touchdown reception that sealed the game.

Ellington finished with 69 rushing yards and a touchdown, plus one reception for seven yards.
