Addai, Hart out for Colts

The Indianapolis Colts are without running backs Joseph Addai and Mike Hart for Sunday's game at Philadelphia.

Neither made the trip, with Addai sidelined by a neck problem and Hart out with an ankle injury. Donald Brown will start.

Linebacker Clint Session, coming off a strong game last week for Indy, also is inactive with an elbow injury. Cornerback Jerraud Powers will miss the game with a foot injury and tight end Brody Eldridge is out with a rib problem.

Notable players out for the Eagles are receiver Chad Hall, cornerback Ellis Hobbs and guard Reggie Wells.
