Verlander can't even trust mascots around Kate Upton
Justin Verlander has learned a big lesson about dating a supermodel. You can't trust anyone around her when you're not there -- not even a basketball mascot.
The Detroit Tigers pitcher and Kate Upton took in Friday night's Orlando Magic-Oklahoma City Thunder game. And when Verlander briefly stepped away, in swooped Magic mascot Stuff to propose to Upton.
