Spurs' Parker countersues Longoria
San Antonio Spurs guard Tony Parker has countersued wife Eva Longoria for divorce, Radar Online reported Sunday.
“Desperate Housewives” star Longoria filed for divorce from Parker in Los Angeles on Wednesday, citing "irreconcilable differences." Parker filed his countersuit Friday in Texas.
Longoria, 35, recently discovered that Parker, 28, had been exchanging text messages with Erin Barry, the estranged wife of Parker’s former San Antonio Spurs teammate Brent Barry, for nearly a year -- including hundreds in just one month, according to sources close to Parker.
"There’s no physical relationship between Tony and Erin," the source said. "There was texting that went on for a while and probably crossed the line. Eva found out by looking at his phone."
Longoria’s divorce filing has references to the existence of a pre-nuptial agreement, while Parker’s says the agreement does not exist, according to a Radar report.
On Thursday, Parker denied reports that he had filed for divorce in Texas.
