
Charlotte Hornets' Players React on Social Media to the Passing of Craig Sager
After Craig Sager passed away at the age of 65, a number of NBA/Charlotte Hornets players, fans, and regular people expressed their feelings on social media.
The basketball community and the world as a whole lost a great person when Craig Sager passed away at the age of 65 due to Leukemia. The colorful personality was everyone’s favorite NBA sideline reporter. Now that he is gone, a number of Charlotte Hornets‘ players took to social media to express their condolences.
Sager touched everyone from the average NBA fan to the President of the United States with his courage and positive outlook. Despite being diagnosed with cancer in 2014, Craig fought hard and always had a smile. He will always be remembered for his crazy and colorful suits that drew plenty of attention.

Obviously, everyone is saddened by the news of Craig Sager’s passing but Steve Kerr and the Golden State Warriors did a great job of honoring him with a moment of joy instead of silence. That is the best way to remember Sager. With joy in our hearts because he was an amazing man with joy that spread to everyone he met and to everyone that knew him either in person or through TV. #SagerStrong
