Here's a sign Ohio State, Michigan may be Big Ten's 'big 2' again soon

The Big Ten was a big part of the college football national championship race in 2016, and the oddsmakers at Bovada see that happening again next year.

In a throwback to the 10-Year War (not to mention parts of the '80s, '90s and early 2000s), Ohio State and Michigan have the best odds in the conference to win the next College Football Playoff.

The Buckeyes and Wolverines both have 12/1 odds at this point, trailing only Alabama (7/1) and Clemson (15/2). Baylor also has 12/1 odds.

Next out of the Big Ten come Iowa and Michigan State. The two teams that played in the Big Ten championship game in 2015 both have 33/1 odds at this point.

Also appearing on the early odds list from the Big Ten are Wisconsin and Nebraska (both 50/1) while Maryland, Northwestern and Penn State are all at 100/1.
