Bud Coombs - Appears healthy this spring
Coombs (undisclosed) is healthy and playing for Maryland's baseball team, per the Terps' baseball program.
Impact
Coombs hit a grand slam for Maryland on Tuesday, so it's safe to assume he's healthy after missing his entire true freshman season. The tailback is likely still buried on the Terps' depth chart, but he should be good to go ahead of fall camp.

Devin Kargman - Looks set for QB2 role
Kargman appears slated to handle Maryland's QB2 duties this season, per Testudo Times.
Impact
After a strong true freshman season, it was no secret that Malik Washington has a stranglehold on the Terps QB1 gig. Kargman appears to have staked his claim behind him, however, and looks to be the next man up. Kargman spent the past four seasons as a backup at Kent State.

Impact
Durr transferred to Maryland from Wyoming, where he had a very strong sophomore season, reeling in 45 catches for 469 yards and four touchdowns. He's making an early impact for the Terps in spring ball, and is earning himself a potential starting role. He appears to be the 1B to Kaleb Woods, who's the 1A receiver right now in College Park.

Manning sat out the final five games of the season for Maryland last fall. However, he is trending towards making an impact in 2026, although he has other wideouts including Kaleb Webb, Chris Durr and Na'eem Abdul-Rahim Gladding ahead of him in the pecking order.

Harry Dalton III - Heading to Maryland
Dalton will transfer to Maryland, per Matt Zenitz of CBSSports.com.

Na'eem Abdul-Rahim Gladding - Transferring to Maryland
Abdul-Rahim Gladding is transferring to Maryland, Ahmed Ghafir of Inside the Black and Gold reports.
Impact
Unsurprisingly, after an excellent 2025, Abdul-Rahim Gladding will enroll at a P4 college for 2026. Prior to Maryland, his latest season features 667 receiving yards (on 51 receptions) and six touchdowns. Considering that all three of the 2025 Terrapins' primary wideouts maximized their collegiate eligibility, Abdul-Rahim Gladding has at least an adequate chance for a big role.
