Famous Idaho Potato Bowl proves to be one of a kind

It’s probably fair to say that Idaho is more famous for its starchy produce than its college football bowl game, but that doesn’t mean the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl was lacking excitement.
San Diego State has one dedicated mascot.
Below freezing weather wasn’t enough to deter the lightly clad Aztecs mascot. Here he is braving the cold to support his team.
The program was pretty awesome.

On the field, Aztec RB Adam Muema brought his 'A'-game, rushing for three TDs and 229 yards.

Muema led SDSU in both those categories this season. Here's the junior finding of the end zone for the second time in the first quarter.
By the way, why play on a boring green field when you have access to one like this:

Then, San Diego State was handed this unique trophy:

Congratulations, indeed, to the 2013 Aztecs and mashed potato fans everywhere.
