Micky van de Ven - Transfers to Wolfsburg Van de Ven signed a four-year contract with Wolfsburg after transferring from FC Volendam, the club announced Tuesday.

Impact Van de Ven made 26 appearances in the Dutch second tier last season with Volendam, and the 20-year-old center back -- who was just called up to the Netherlands u21 team for the first time -- now joins Wolfsburg. He is more likely to go out on loan than he is to become a starter this season, but the club will hope he is one for the future.
