Impact After the Canucks host Nashville on Friday, Vancouver will begin a five-game road trip in Montreal on Monday. Once healthy, Hughes will should resume his normal duties on the top pairing and first power-play unit, which would likely result in Guillaume Brisebois exiting the lineup. Impact Silovs was 1-4-1 with a 4.11 GAA and an .847 save percentage over seven appearances with the Canucks during the first two months of the season. Silovs has seen limited duty in the AHL, going 2-3-0 with a 2.44 GAA and a .900 save percentage with Abbotsford. Silovs will back up Kevin Lankinen versus Nashville on Friday as Thatcher Demko gets the night off to deal with back spasms that forced him to leave Thursday's tilt in Seattle in the second period.

Impact Lankinen has a 15-6-4 record, 2.60 GAA and .907 save percentage in 25 appearances in 2024-25. He'll be playing for the second straight day after entering Thursday's 4-3 shootout win over the Kraken because Thatcher Demko suffered a back injury. Lankinen stopped 13 of 15 shots in 37:11 of ice time and was perfect in three shootout rounds. Nashville ranks last in goals per game with 2.39.
