Impact Cozens' goal at 10:16 of the third period ended Pheonix Copley's shutout bid. Over his last 11 games, Cozens has racked up five goals and an assist. The 22-year-old center started this game in a top-line role -- he's usually centered the second line this season. He's up to 18 goals, 45 points, 128 shots on net, 26 PIM and a plus-4 rating through 51 contests in a breakout campaign.

Craig Anderson - Can't shake off rust Anderson allowed five goals on 28 shots in Monday's 5-2 loss to the Kings.
Impact Anderson made his first start in three weeks, and he looked good early on. The Kings then tagged him for four goals in a 10-minute span during the second period, and the Sabres' offense couldn't recover. Anderson has been surpassed by Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen on the goaltending depth chart. The 41-year-old Anderson is now at 8-7-2 with a 2.86 GAA and a .914 save percentage through 18 contests. Given his limited usage lately, it's unclear when he might start again.

Craig Anderson - Draws start Monday Anderson will be stationed between the pipes in Los Angeles on Monday, Zach Dooley of the Kings' official site reports.
Impact Anderson will make his first start since earning a win against Dallas on Jan. 23. The veteran goaltender is 8-6-2 with a 2.73 GAA and a .918 save percentage through 17 games this season. He's been even better on the road, going 5-2-1 with a 2.58 GAA.

Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen - Facing Flames Luukkonen will patrol the home crease during Saturday's matchup with Calgary, Heather Engel of NHL.com reports.
Impact Luukkonen wasn't great in his last start Feb. 1 against the Hurricanes, surrendering four goals on 33 shots en route to a 5-1 defeat. He'll try to snap his personal two-game losing streak in a home matchup with a Flames team that's gone 10-9-8 on the road this year.

Olivier Nadeau - Productive since return Nadeau has been productive in the QMJHL this year since returning from offseason shoulder surgery.
Impact Since making his Gatineau debut in late December, Nadeau has amassed 14 goals and 24 points in 17 games. The 20-year-old forward was selected in the fourth round of the 2021 NHL Entry Draft by the Sabres.

Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen - Hung out to dry by mates Luukkonen made 33 saves in a 7-2 loss to the Flames on Saturday.
Impact The Sabres went up 2-0 in the first, but they didn't really look good doing it. The Flames then scored seven unanswered goals, including three in a span of 1:47 in the second period. Luukkonen wasn't at fault -- his teammates were on their heels or behind the play most of the game. In fact, UPL's teammate and team captain Kyle Okposo summed things up after the game with, "They came out and just punched us in the face." Luukkonen hasn't won since Jan. 24, but we shouldn't lose sight of the fact that his solid play with Craig Anderson and Eric Comrie sidelined for periods of time has shown he belongs in the NHL.
