Marcus Mariota - Considered day-to-day Mariota is considered day-to-day due to injuries to his throwing hand and quadriceps, John Keim of ESPN.com reports.

Impact Mariota sustained both of the injuries during Saturday's 29-18 loss to the Eagles, which prevented him from returning to the contest. He needed stiches on his right hand, and his practice participation over the coming days will determine whether he will be available for Christmas Day against the Cowboys. Jayden Daniels (elbow) has been shut down for the rest of the regular season, so Josh Johnson would be in line to start Thursday if Mariota is unable to play.

Impact Cosmi was pulled late in the fourth quarter Saturday and was evaluated for a concussion. With testing having confirmed that diagnosis, the veteran offensive lineman will need to clear the NFL's five-step concussion protocol before he can return to action. Ben Sinnott - Muted output again Sinnott caught one pass on two targets for five yards during the Commanders' 29-18 loss to the Eagles on Saturday.

Impact Sinnott's lone catch came midway through the fourth quarter, when he hauled in a five-yard pass from Josh Johnson, the latter of whom replaced Marcus Mariota (hand) in the third frame. Sinnott has caught one pass in each of his last three games, and while his snap count on offense has increased after Zach Ertz tore his ACL in Week 14 against the Vikings, the former's offensive production has not. Next up for Sinnott and the Commanders is an NFC East home tilt against the Cowboys on Christmas Day.

Treylon Burks - Leads team in targets in Week 16 loss Burks tallied two catches on five targets for 30 yards Saturday in a loss to the Eagles.

Impact Burks (45 offensive snaps), Terry McLaurin (45) and Deebo Samuel (44) logged nearly equal workloads, and Burks actually led the Commanders in targets. However, he finished third among the trio in yardage, with most of his production coming on a 24-yard catch on the first play of the third quarter. Of note, starting QB Marcus Mariota -- who was filling in for Jayden Daniels (elbow), who is out for the season -- didn't finish Saturday's contest after suffering a hand injury in the second half, and Josh Johnson had to take over following Mariota's departure. Washington's offense would likely be in Johnson's hands if Mariota has to miss additional time, which would figure to dampen the outlook of the team's passing game as a whole.

Jeremy McNichols - Logs three touches in Week 16 loss McNichols finished Saturday's loss to Philadelphia with one carry for three yards and two catches (on three targets) for nine yards.

Impact McNichols posted a season-high 10 touches versus the Giants in Week 15, but that increased workload was largely due to the absence of No. 1 RB Chris Rodriguez. With both Rodriguez and No. 2 tailback Jacory Croskey-Merritt in action Saturday, McNichols went back to his usual minor role, though he did get more offensive snaps (15) than Croskey-Merritt (11). As long as at least one of the two running backs ahead of him on the depth chart is healthy, McNichols figures to be mostly a non-factor in fantasy.
