Jacob Martin - Career-high 5.5 sacks in 2025 Martin had 5.5 sacks among his 39 tackles (17 solo) while playing in all 17 regular-season games in 2025.
Impact Martin set new career highs in both sacks and tackles while tacking one pass defensed and one forced fumble onto his ledger. He started 14 games, matching his total from the 2021 season in Houston. Outside of those two campaigns, Martin has only one regular-season start in six other NFL seasons. His career-best output in 2025 should help Martin earn some attention in free agency this offseason.

Quan Martin - Misses 100-tackle mark by one Martin recorded 99 tackles (52 solo) and three passes defensed while playing in all 17 regular-season games in 2025.
Impact Martin set a new career high in tackles, missing the century mark by one. The 2023 second-round draft pick made 16 starts before being demoted to a bench role in the season finale. Martin will be in the mix for the Commanders' starting free safety role in 2026.

Mike Sainristil - Four INTS in second season Sainristil had 85 tackles (51 solo) and four interceptions among his 12 passes defensed in 2025. He also returned one punt for no gain.
Impact Sainristil has played in all 17 regular-season games and notched at least 12 passes defensed in each of his first two NFL campaigns. The 2024 second-round draft pick is likely to maintain a starting cornerback role for the Commanders in his third NFL campaign after doubling his rookie-season total with four interceptions in 2025.

Von Miller - Bumps career sack total up to 138.5 Miller recorded 9.0 sacks among his 26 tackles (16 solo) while suiting up for all 17 games in the 2025 regular season.
Impact Miller has been reduced to a situational pass rusher at age 36, but he proved effective in that role for the Commanders, increasing his career regular-season sack total to 138.5 with his highest single-season mark in that category since 2021. He notched a sack in four of his last five games, but it remains to be seen if the Super Bowl 50 MVP wants to go out on that note or chooses to chase another championship by signing with a more competitive team in 2026.

Frankie Luvu - Production dips in 2025 Luvu recorded 86 tackles (42 solo), including 3.0 sacks, while adding six passes defensed and two forced fumbles in 2025.
Impact Luvu started all 17 regular-season games for a third consecutive season but recorded his lowest totals for tackles and sacks since the 2021 campaign. The 29-year-old linebacker appears to be on the downslope of his career, so the Commanders may consider cutting Luvu prior to the 2026 campaign for a $6.9 million cap penalty rather than absorbing the full $11.3 million cap hit from the final year of his three-year, $31 million deal.

Jeremy Reaves - Career-best 91 tackles in 2025 Reaves recorded 91 tackles (57 solo), including one sack, and had one interception among his seven passes defensed in 2025.
Impact Reaves appeared in all 17 games, including eight starts, while setting new career highs in every major category. He came into the 2025 campaign with only once career sack and one interception in 64 regular-season appearances, and Reaves' previous high for tackles in a season was 33. He'll likely compete for a starting role again with the Commanders in 2026.

Bobby Wagner - Posts 162 tackles at age 35 Wagner recorded 162 tackles (79 solo), including 4.5 sacks, while adding two interceptions among his four passes defensed in 2025.
Impact Wagner delivered another excellent statistical season at age 35, tying the second-best totals of his 14-year career for interceptions and sacks while dressing for all 17 games. He has exceeded 100 tackles in every regular season of his career and sits at an even 2,000. Despite his advanced age, Wagner should draw plenty of interest in free agency this offseason if he chooses to continue playing.

Chris Moore - Makes 11 catches in 2025 Moore caught 11 of 23 targets for 207 yards and one touchdown while adding a nine-yard carry across 14 appearances during the 2025 regular season.
Impact Moore began the season on the practice squad but spent most of the season on the Commanders' active roster and saw a surprisingly high amount of usage due to the team's injuries at wide receiver. That usage didn't amount to much production, though. He'll be a free agent ahead of his age-33 season and will likely have to compete for a roster spot somewhere in training camp.
