Receives questionable tag Robinson (heel) is officially questionable for Sunday's game against the Bills.

Impact Coach Urban Meyer said before Friday's practice that the tailback was expected to receive the questionable tag, and that proved to be correct after the 23-year-old practiced as a limited participant. Per John Reid of The Florida Times-Union, Robinson was also spotted catching passes out of the backfield Friday, which could indicate he wasn't too far off from practicing fully. Regardless, he'll have a chance to suit up Sunday, with Carlos Hyde waiting to step in as Jacksonville's lead back should Robinson be unavailable.

Impact Per John Oehser of the Jaguars' official site, coach Urban Meyer indicated Wednesday that Robinson, who's considered day-to-day, has a chance to play Sunday against the Bills. However, after having logged back-to-back absences from practice, the running back will presumably have to work in some capacity Friday in order to have a chance to suit up this weekend. If Robinson ends up out or limited versus Buffalo, Carlos Hyde (calf), who returned to a full practice Thursday, would be in line for an expanded workload in Week 9, with Dare Ogunbowale also in the mix for added touches.

Impact Robinson couldn't draw any usage as a pass catcher as his one target resulted in a catch for minus-two yards. Although that makes two games in a row with minus-two receiving yards, Robinson again demonstrated his standout ability with the football by running through the Tennessee defense with ease. While box score was mostly propelled by a 58-yard carry in the first quarter, his 91 yards on the other 17 carries illustrates his consistency aside from that big play. The Jaguars might be a joke, but Robinson is their most effective player on offense and in recent weeks he's steadily built up momentum, scoring in three straight. The Dolphins have struggled to stop the run this year, and they face Robinson in Week 6.

Two touchdowns in loss Robinson carried 18 times for 78 yards and two touchdowns and brought in one of two targets for minus-2 yards in the Jaguars' 24-21 loss to the Bengals on Thursday night.

Impact Robinson had goal-line carries all to himself as far as the backfield was concerned with Carlos Hyde (shoulder) inactive, and he cashed in from six and four yards out in the first and fourth quarters, respectively. The second-year back had crossed the goal line for the first time this season in the loss to the Cardinals on Sunday, so he's now recorded three touchdowns in five days. Robinson's receiving tally was his least productive of the season thus far, but given what he was able to do with more red-zone work Thursday, it's possible he's rewarded with more touches overall in that area of the field in a Week 5 divisional battle against the Titans a week from Sunday.
