Wins the O'Reilly Auto Parts 253 Bell won the O'Reilly Auto Parts 253 at Daytona International Speedway Road Course Sunday afternoon.

Impact Sunday's race was an event of changing fortunes and strategies. It featured 12 lead changes among seven different drivers in the 70 laps raced. Bell would finish stage 2 in fourth-place and from there he'd be a fixture among the Top 5. On the white flag lap he'd take the lead from Joey Logano in the front stretch chicane and run away to a 2.1-second victory over the No. 22 Ford. It was Bell's first-career Cup Series win in his 38th series start.

Runner-up Finish in Duel 1 Bell finished second in the Bluegreen Vacations Duel 1 for the Daytona 500 at Daytona International Speedway Thursday night.

Impact Bell would start fourth on the grid and jump to the lead early. The Joe Gibbs Racing driver led twice for 3 laps in the early going, but then yielded to Aric Almirola. Bell would then spend the rest of this qualifying race chasing the No. 10 Ford. He would challenge Almirola coming to the checkered flag, but would fall just 0.041-seconds short. The runner-up finish puts Bell fifth on the starting grid for Sunday's Daytona 500.
