Impact Bell had a fast Toyota and would lead 9 laps on the afternoon at Daytona. He'd be battling among the leaders late and running in the outside line in the lead. Denny Hamlin would attempt to make a space between the No. 20 Toyota and the wall but there wasn't enough room. The two would make contact and Bell would crash out at lap 193. It would be a heart-breaking end for Bell as he had a fair shot at winning the Daytona 500.
