Agustín Ramírez - Slugs second homer Ramirez went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Monday's 5-3 win over the Cardinals.
Impact The 24-year-old backstop took Michael McGreevy deep in the fifth inning, giving the Marlins a brief 2-1 lead before they moved ahead for good in the sixth. Ramirez is struggling to build some momentum at the plate, striking out at least once in six straight games while batting just .143 (3-for-21). On the season, he's slashing .222/.297/.370 with two homers, one steal, 11 runs and 11 RBI in 22 contests.

Otto Lopez - Swipes fourth bag Lopez went 1-for-3 with a walk, a double, two runs scored, an RBI and a stolen base in Monday's 5-3 win over the Cardinals.
Impact The Marlins' shortstop extended his hitting streak to nine games with another strong performance. Lopez has had a blistering start to 2026, slashing .337/.391/.554 through 22 contests with 10 extra-base hits including three homers, four steals, 11 RBI and 18 runs while consistently batting in the middle of the order.

Pete Fairbanks - Collects fourth save Fairbanks struck out two and gave up one run on one hit in the ninth inning Monday to record his fourth save of the season in a 5-3 win over the Cardinals.
Impact A leadoff triple by Masyn Winn made things interesting, but Fairbanks locked in after a Ramon Urias sacrifice fly brought him home. The right-hander has converted four of five save chances to begin the season, but a couple shaky appearances have left him with a 7.88 ERA through eight innings despite a sharp 1.13 WHIP and 12:1 K:BB. Fairbanks has a firm hold of the closing job for Miami.

Max Meyer - Fans season-high eight Monday Meyer didn't factor into the decision in Monday's 5-3 win over the Cardinals, giving up two runs on three hits and two walks over 5.1 innings. He struck out eight.
Impact The eight K's were a season high, and Meyer saw a season-high workload with 5.1 innings and 91 pitches (59 strikes). The right-hander is beginning to find a groove, posting a 3.52 ERA and 17:6 K:BB over his last three starts and 15.1 innings, but he has yet to put together a truly dominant outing despite the fact that his slider is producing an eye-popping 50.8 percent whiff rate in the early going. Meyer will look to carry his momentum into his next start, which lines up to come on the road this weekend in San Francisco.

Christopher Morel - Kicking off rehab assignment Morel (oblique) will begin a rehab assignment with Triple-A Jacksonville on Tuesday, Christina De Nicola of MLB.com reports.
Impact Morel is set to play five innings at first base in what will be his first game action since he went down with a left oblique strain in late March. He'll need a handful of rehab contests before rejoining the Marlins' active roster. Morel was slated to be Miami's primary first baseman before getting hurt.

Christopher Morel - Closing in on rehab assignment Morel (oblique) is expected to begin a rehab assignment at Triple-A Jacksonville during the upcoming week, Kevin Barral of FishonFirst.com reports.
Impact Morel was slated to start at first base in the Marlins' March 27 season opener versus the Rockies, only to be scratched shortly before the game due to a left oblique strain and then landing on the injured list a day later. The 26-year-old was given an estimated 4-to-6-week recovery timeline and looks to be eyeing a return on the short end of that window. Morel will presumably remain with Jacksonville throughout the upcoming week to pick up at-bats and regain timing at the plate, but he looks like he'll have a shot at returning from the IL before the end of April. Once he's reinstated, Morel may face competition for starts at first base from Connor Norby, though Norby could also move across the diamond and unseat the struggling Graham Pauley as the Marlins' primary third baseman.

Pete Fairbanks - Locks down third save Fairbanks earned the save Sunday against the Brewers, tossing a perfect ninth inning with two strikeouts.
Impact Fairbanks was dominant in the ninth, striking out the first two batters he faced on just three pitches each before inducing a groundout to secure the victory. It was the right-hander's third save of the season. After allowing three runs in back-to-back appearances to begin April, Fairbanks has now posted consecutive perfect frames, reinforcing that his role as the primary closer should remain secure.

Eury Pérez - Strikes out seven over six innings Perez (2-1) earned the win Sunday against the Brewers, allowing one unearned run on three hits and one walk while striking out seven over six innings.
Impact Perez turned in a strong performance, cruising through five scoreless innings, including striking out the side in the second, before running into minor trouble in the sixth. After issuing a leadoff walk to David Hamilton, a throwing error by catcher Liam Hicks allowed him to reach third, and he later scored on a groundout.
